After that I restarted my PC and now the problem is gone. So I went to Microsoft Support page here : and installed Microsoft Fix It for Office uninstallation issue. I was searching all day for a solution, but here on this forum, someone mentioned something about Microsoft Fix It. Has anyone experienced the same problem, maybe there is something left in Registry ? Can anyone please advise on why the 32-bit. The 32-bit version will not download and the 64-bit version is not compatible with my existing MS Office package. When I try to download and install the software I am getting problems.
